Description
  • You develop creative ideas and innovative design solutions (browser and mobile) for our product
  • You create understandable wireframes, screens, and click dummies with interaction design in miro and Figma
  • You explain your concepts and present them internally/externally (e.g. in your scrum team or to customers)
  • You contribute your expertise through user research and analysis activities such as interviews, field studies, or usability tests
  • You use your good imagination for information architecture and user flows
  • You take design requirements from our product owners and work with them to achieve the perfect result
  • You find the best visualizations for a requirement to achieve perfect usability of our web application
  • You find intuitive and appealing solutions even for complex issues
Job requirements
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in digital product development in the field of UI/UX design
  • You have theoretical and practical knowledge in usability design and UX design
  • You have already gained a lot of experience with the introduction, establishment, and further development of design systems
  • You are technically proficient with Figma and miro, optionally with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
  • You have already designed and implemented several software projects
  • You have experience in creative work in agile teams
  • You have experience with design components and systems
  • You are at home on the web and social media is not a foreign word for you
  • You have strong creativity and brand awareness
  • You have an excellent feeling for design
Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed a degree in user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, media design, or similar fields
