In 2020, Neobyte Solutions withdrew from the OTH board, but Lateral and David Achim joined as members, as Creatopy did in 2022.
At the moment, the call for new members on the OTH board is not open, but the first step to being eligible when it will be open is to have previously been active partners with OTH for at least two years. So, only those who have been involved directly in growing the community as a partner can become community leaders.

One of his dreams is to see Oradea as a tech ecosystem that grows healthy and organically, creating and buildings successful companies in Oradea, generating the desire of young graduates to stay in this city, in turn contributing to the ecosystem and its well-being.
Even though the beginning was filled with obstacles and hardships, he holds great expectations for the future of Oradea. The fruits of his past efforts are beginning to show, and he is thankful for the progress that has been made in recent years. The ecosystem of the region is becoming more robust, and this is attracting more companies to participate in bringing his vision to fruition.
Kriszti truly feels OTH is a tech hub, and that is indeed the core of this organization. For him, OTH is “the meeting place of creative minds, a source of inspiration for innovative projects.”
His focus lies on fostering a positive work environment where his colleagues can thrive, participate in enriching meetings and networking events, and have the opportunity to share their expertise and support others. Ensuring that his colleagues are content and engaged is a key priority for him.
Ovidiu notes that they discovered LATERAL values within OTH, such as a commitment to creativity, quality, and a determination to see projects through to the end to improve continuously. He and his team at LATERAL want to lend their support to all events hosted by OTH and leverage their experience to benefit the local IT community.

As a tech enthusiast himself, David believes Oradea can become a tech destination for professionals and entrepreneurs due to the core that already exists, and not only, he firmly affirms the mentality and openness of the community is present in Oradea.
“My goal has been and remains the same: to keep as much of the talent we have here as possible and to attract other talented people to join the ecosystem!” is what he sustains.
Having served as the Executive Director at OTH, David has a lasting recollection of how the community exhibited a remarkable willingness to cooperate and mobilize their efforts, whenever the situation called for it. The community's enthusiastic engagement and openness in working towards their goals have stayed with David even after he left his position.
“For things to happen, a community needs vision and people to get involved operationally full-time! With these 2 elements, any community is off to a promising start!” is what he learned so far and wants us to keep in mind.
Mircea's aspiration is to assist the local IT community, recognizing that every individual has a unique contribution to make toward the betterment of the community. His motivation to get involved in OTH was for the community to be discovered and promoted, as well as to grow and develop as much as possible.
His plan involves persuading a significant number of IT professionals from Oradea to participate in OTH events, with the objective of maintaining the growth and advancement of the tech community in the coming years.
